From June 12 to 14, the 18th China (Fuzhou) International Fisheries Expo was successfully held at the Fuzhou Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center. As a key leading enterprise in Fujian Province’s agricultural industrialization, Yida Food was invited to participate, showcasing a range of innovative premium seafood products and presenting a new vision for the “Lianjiang Sea Flavor” brand—moving toward advanced processing and brand‑driven development.

The booth featured several flagship Kelp seedlings products: 8‑second crisp hot‑pot Kelp seedlings and the viral frozen “firecracker bamboo shoots,” which, thanks to their convenient preparation and delightfully crunchy, tender, and fresh taste, drew keen attention from numerous restaurant chains and distributors, resulting in multiple preliminary cooperation agreements. Meanwhile, the classic jellyfish product line was showcased alongside, further expanding the product portfolio to meet the procurement needs of customers across various channels.

At the exhibition, a series of engaging activities kept the atmosphere buzzing: captivating dance performances, interactive “shake‑and‑win” games, and prize‑winning quizzes all took center stage. Meanwhile, companies used clear, accessible formats to educate visitors about kelp’s carbon‑sequestration benefits, promoting ocean‑conservation values.
