Yida Food was established in 2003 and is a large-scale enterprise integrating marine product aquaculture, sophisticated processing, and sales and trade. Rooted in Lianjiang, Fujian—the “Home of Chinese Kelp”—the company leverages the region’s unique marine resource advantages to build a complete industrial chain, spanning from offshore aquaculture to end‑consumer products. Currently, the company operates a 40‑mu modern standard factory and maintains a kelp aquaculture base covering over 10,000 mu. It has obtained numerous authoritative certifications, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, organic food, green food, and U.S. FDA approval, with its product quality recognized by international markets.

In recent years, Yida Food has continuously innovated around Kelp seedlings, launching a series of products including 8-Second Crisp Hot Pot Kelp Seedlings, Firecracker Bamboo Shoots, Sea Matsutake, and Seasoned Ready-to-Eat Kelp, covering diverse scenarios from traditional ingredients to trendy snacks and meeting the consumption needs of different consumer groups. To further enhance its core product competitiveness, the company has established close collaborations with academician Zhu Beiwei’s team at Dalian University of Technology, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, the Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other research institutions, driving continuous upgrades in advanced processing technologies for kelp. Thanks to its superior quality, Yida Food has forged deep partnerships with well-known supermarkets and major chain restaurants such as Meituan Xiaoxiang, Xibei, and Fei Dachu, with its products enjoying strong sales in both domestic and international markets.

On the first day of the event, the Yida Food booth was bustling with visitors, as the tasting area remained constantly crowded and inquiries kept pouring in. Specialty products such as tender, crisp Kelp seedlings for hot pot and crunchy, juicy “firecracker” bamboo shoots, with their distinctive textures and convenient ways of consumption, drew numerous merchants to stop by for samples and discuss potential collaborations.

It is reported that the exhibition will run until July 20, and Yida Food cordially invites all business partners and guests to visit our booth. (S4-T073) , savor the delights of the sea and discuss collaborative development.
