Establish close industry university research cooperation with the team of Academician Zhu Beiwei from Dalian University of Technology (the innovative team of the "Hundred Talents Plan" in the province), Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (jointly building the first kelp science and technology institute in the province), Fuzhou University, Jimei University, Institute of Oceanography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, etc., and set up academician workstations, expert workstations, and science and technology special envoy service stations.
