Job Responsibilities:
1.Strictly follow regulations for inbound procedures, verifying quantity, specifications, and types;
2.Adhere to warehouse management principles such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out), responsible for frozen warehouse inbound, outbound, and inventory management, ensuring the safety of inventory, neat stacking, and eliminating safety hazards; material cards should be set up with clear labeling;
3.Timely, complete, and accurate recording of inventory electronic accounts and maintaining ERP system inbound and outbound inventory data, regularly compiling inventory reports;
4.Materials must be shipped according to orders; shipments without complete procedures will not be processed; in special circumstances, shipments require approval from company leadership, and documents should be supplemented afterwards;
5.Warehouse keepers should maintain daily and monthly closing of accounts, accounting based on vouchers, avoiding cross-month accounting, submitting reports on time, ensuring consistency of accounts, materials, and cards;
6.Warehouse keepers should regularly conduct inventory checks, calculating the types and quantities of existing materials in the warehouse, and regularly reporting substandard inventory information;
7.Constantly monitor warehouse inventory levels, noting any shortages, overstocking, stagnation, or unnecessary items, and report promptly;
8.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
