Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop food R&D plans, including market research, recipe development, and analysis of industry trends in new technologies, products, and market changes;
2. Update existing products and develop new products based on company or client requirements.
3. Collaborate with procurement to develop ingredient and raw material channels and provide purchasing recommendations for raw materials;
4. Responsible for the trial production of new products, laboratory testing, and production conversion. Develop process flows and production standards, and lead product technology transfer and manufacturing technology handover;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a food-related major, with more than 5 years of R&D experience in the food industry;
2. Familiar with the processing technology and product characteristics of pre-made dishes;
3. Able to independently develop new products, formulate production processes and parameters, write operation manuals, and guide production according to process requirements;
4. Familiar with the properties and application methods of raw materials and additives, and able to formulate acceptance standards for raw materials of new products;
5. Possess knowledge of ISO standards, be familiar with the new product design and development process, and be able to write relevant documentation;
