Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the QC Director in improving HACCP system documents and tracking records;
2. Conduct process inspections and material inspections in accordance with the HACCP system;
3. Supervise and manage the production processes in the workshop;
4. Inspect the quality of incoming materials, processes, and finished products, and determine whether they are qualified;
5. Cooperate with the QC Director to complete daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quality management or food-related fields;
2. Experience in HACCP system audits is preferred;
3. Basic knowledge of quality management;
4. Proficient in using office software;
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
