On May 7, the 2026 Indonesia International Food and Beverage Exhibition was held at the Jakarta International Expo. This year’s event spans over 20,000 square meters, bringing together more than 500 reputable exhibitors and expected to attract over 20,000 professional buyers to Jakarta. Yida Foods showcased its core products, leveraging the fresh, savory flavors of Lianjiang’s seafood to expand into the Southeast Asian market and explore new pathways for international growth.

At this exhibition, Yida Food showcased a range of specialty products, including frozen Kelp seedlings, frozen bamboo shoots, and sea matsutake mushrooms. These products are sourced from the high-quality 26°N aquaculture base in Lianjiang, leveraging the pristine marine ecosystem and adhering to standardized processing procedures. They not only preserve the natural flavor of the ingredients but also offer nutrition and convenience, perfectly meeting Southeast Asian consumers’ demand for high‑quality, healthy seafood. During the event, the Yida team engaged in in-depth discussions with local buyers and distributors, reaching preliminary cooperation agreements and laying a solid foundation for future, more extensive partnerships.

With 23 years of dedicated expertise in kelp processing, Yida Food leverages Lianjiang’s unique marine resources to focus on the research, development, and production of high‑quality seafood products. While strengthening its presence in the domestic market, the company is actively expanding into international markets, with its products now exported to the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and other countries. This participation in the exhibition not only enhances brand awareness in Southeast Asia but also lays the groundwork for further market penetration in Indonesia. Looking ahead, Yida Food will remain committed to product quality, steadily advance its global expansion, and bring more premium seafood products from Lianjiang across borders to an even broader stage.
