This matchmaking event has carefully selected more than 50 seafood-producing factories, creating a one-stop direct‑sourcing platform tailored to various supermarket and retail channels. By streamlining the entire supply chain—from ocean to consumer—this initiative helps bring high‑quality seafood directly to the market. The program features a range of engaging activities, including thematic presentations, new‑product tastings, one‑on‑one business negotiations, and factory visits for supply‑chain traceability, providing an exceptional platform for upstream and downstream enterprises to engage in face‑to‑face dialogue and forge strategic partnerships.
As one of the organizers, Fujian Yida Food has been deeply engaged in the Lianjiang kelp industry for 23 years. It is a leading high-tech enterprise in the local kelp sector and also serves as the chair unit of the Algae Branch of the Fujian Provincial Aquatic Product Processing and Circulation Association. The company operates a modern 40-mu factory complex and manages over 10,000 mu of pristine kelp aquaculture areas. Its product range spans the entire spectrum, including hot-pot kelp seedlings and ready-to-eat seaweed, and it has established a complete, integrated industrial chain encompassing cultivation, R&D, advanced processing, and sales. At the hotel-specific matchmaking event, General Manager Qiu Weijie took to the stage to share professional solutions for seaweed products, offering on-site buyers diversified and specialized new avenues for collaboration.

On September 11, visiting guests toured Yida, touring the company’s standardized production workshop and observing the entire processing workflow of Kelp seedlings and firecracker bamboo shoots up close, gaining a firsthand understanding of Yida Food’s stringent quality-control system, mature production processes, and standardized industrial scale.

This event is not only a highly efficient platform for connecting producers and buyers, but also an important gateway for showcasing Lianjiang’s distinctive marine industries and fostering cross‑industry collaboration. Yida Food will continue to leverage its advantages across the entire value chain, link upstream and downstream resources, and work with partners to unlock the full potential of the marine sector, helping Lianjiang’s premium seafood products reach broader markets and contributing to the high‑quality development of the aquaculture industry.
