On the afternoon of September 16, a delegation from the All-China Women's Federation's Department of Women's Development, along with representatives from relevant provincial and municipal women's federations, visited Yida Food for an on-site research visit, accompanied by local leaders.

Accompanied by Chairman Qiu Bixiang and Executive Director Qiu Weijie, the research team toured the company's production workshops, the Carbon Sink Science Promotion Corridor, and the product exhibition hall. Through this on-site visit, the team gained a comprehensive understanding of how the company, empowered by its regional "Hailianjiang" brand, has been strengthening brand building via continuous innovation, boosting R&D investment to overcome developmental challenges, and actively pursuing a green growth strategy that "drives aquaculture upgrades through processing while leveraging carbon sinks to nourish the industry's ecological sustainability."

At the subsequent symposium, Yida Food, as the implementing organization of the "Dingliangzhu Mother" station, reported on its specific initiatives in fulfilling social responsibility. The company has actively explored a collaborative model of "enterprise + base +养殖户," establishing more than ten coarse-processing facilities for kelp in areas such as Xia'ao, Baisheng, and Changlong. These facilities have collectively provided hundreds of flexible employment opportunities for local women, effectively easing employment pressures faced by rural women. Additionally, the company has created a "Workers' Mental Wellness Hub," regularly hosting professional心理咨询师 to offer employees expert psychological counseling and emotional support services, demonstrating genuine care for their mental health and actively fostering a harmonious workplace environment.

Additionally, the company has successfully obtained authoritative certifications including HACCP, Organic Food, Green Food, and FDA approval for exports to the U.S.

Innovation-driven: Focusing on the deep processing of kelp, we are making significant investments in product R&D. We have established close industry-academia-research collaborations with teams led by Academician Beiwei Zhu from Dalian University of Technology (an innovative team under the province's "Hundred Talents Program" for talent attraction), Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (which jointly founded the province's first Kelp Science and Technology Small Courtyard), as well as partners like Fuzhou University, Jimei University, the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Additionally, we have set up an Academician Workstation, an Expert Workstation, a Doctoral Innovation Station, and a Science and Technology Special Envoy Service Station.

Honors and Achievements: It is a National High-tech Enterprise, a key provincial-level leading enterprise, a provincial "Specialized, Fine, and New" SME, a provincial Science and Technology Little Giant Leading Enterprise, one of the Top 100 Innovative Private Enterprises in the province, the province's Kelp Industrialization Base, and a Fujian Province Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise. The company holds 14 invention patents and 77 utility model patents, and has been honored with numerous awards, including the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Fujian Province in 2022.
